In 2015 Kepler space telescope found any earth like planet which is 60% bigger than earth.
you would ask how you say it has same like earth living?
For that you have to know about habitable zone, this zone is where if any planet has its orbit will have temperature which is suitable for living ,this zone will generally depend upon the mass and size of the host star in that solar system .For instance sun the has its habitable zone at earths orbit ,so makes earth a habitable planet
Okay now lets come to topic, how come NASA identify this planet and why do they name it as Kepler 452b
It all started at March 7, 2009 where NASA send a space telescope to capture different solar system and study about planets in it and check whether they are earth like planets exists.
How a space telescope studies the planets is that :
1.First it capture the light from a star.
2.Then if gets a decreased intensity of light from the same star once every 365-400 days ,it is understood that some planet should have crossed it.
3.After that further study of that planet will takes place
In 2015 after studying 451 planet ,the 452 planet has specification nearly same as earths .For example it orbits in habitable zone of its host star which is 6 million years old and has only 3.7% more massive and has same mass as sun.
Second thing is that this planet have shows a light glitch for every 385 days this means that 385 days = 1 year or 1 revolution of that planet.
Last and important thing is that even water also exist in that planet and scientist believe that this planet has its own atmosphere too.
So you got the answer why i termed this planet as earth 2.0 or super earth. So lets pack up and have space travel.
But the problem is that it is 1400 light years from earth.so imagine that we go to that planet with a speed of light .It takes nearly 14-16 gen to reach that planet and your 17th generation will live that.
So all our efforts are waste, what to do now,Don't worry .
We can't go to that planet but our future generation if some how able to create a wormhole ,then it takes a matter of time to reach there
👌👌
